Putting Guest Service to the Test
I skied at Arapahoe Basin and Buttermilk this weekend and got first hand experience of the over-the-top guest service at our resorts here in Colorado Ski Country USA. I also learned that those years of college recreation might be starting to catch up with me as I can't seem to remember anything anymore.
