Gems Teen Passes are valid at 11 CSCUSA Gems ski areas: Arapahoe Basin, Cooper, Echo Mountain, Eldora, Granby Ranch, Hesperus**, Loveland, Monarch Mountain, Powderhorn, Purgatory, and Sunlight.

Blackout dates: December 25, 2023–January 1, 2024; January 13–14, 2024; February 17–18, 2024

**Hesperus has announced that they are regretfully and officially closed for the 2023–24 season.

FAQs

Create an account at shop.coloradoski.com/registration.

For each child ages 12–17, you will need to upload:

  • a photo (no hats, goggles, or sunglasses)
  • proof of age

Limit one (1) CSCUSA pass per child/student. Please allow 3–5 business days for activation.

 

Acceptable documents include:

  • school report card
  • school I.D.
  • school transcript
  • driver’s license
  • passport
  • birth certificate

Legal guardians may purchase Gems Teen Passes for any children ages 12–17 that are in their care.

All CSCUSA passes and cards are digital.

Passes and cards take approximately 3-5 days to activate.* You will receive an email notifying you when they are ready to use.

You must validate each of your planned visits to a member resort in your CSCUSA Pass Portal ahead of time. We’ll track exactly how many visits you have available at each ski area. Just validate and visit the ticket window!

Passes and cards may be validated as early as 7 days before your planned visit, or on the day of your planned visit.

We recommend that you do not rely on internet/email access once you are at the ticket window of your chosen resort. Many resorts have only variable broadband service capability at or near their base area.

*Hesperus has announced that, due to an unexpected mechanical failure on the Bighorn Chairlift, they are regretfully and officially closed for the 2023–24 season. We look forward to their return next season. Get well soon, Hespie!

All CSCUSA passes and cards are blacked out on the following dates:
