Colorado Ski Country USA (CSCUSA) is committed to the privacy of our customers (“you” and “your”). The CSCUSA Privacy Policy (the policy) applies to personal information that CSCUSA collects online, in person, or otherwise. Personal information is information associated with an identifiable individual or household. Personal information does not include information about a business or aggregated anonymous information that cannot be associated with any specific individual. CSCUSA, “we”, or “us” refers to Colorado Ski Country USA.

This policy does not apply to information about CSCUSA’s employees or to information that is not personal information.

What Personal Information Do We Collect from the People Who Visit Our Website?
CSCUSA collects personal information during the course of operating our business. We use this information to provide you with the best possible service and to meet our reasonable business needs.

In addition, all credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Children Under 13
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13) without prior consent of the child’s parent or legal guardian. CSCUSA’s websites and social media pages available online are not directed at users under the age of 13. If you believe that your child under the age of 13 may have provided us with personal information online, please contact us as indicated in the Access & Correction section of this policy, and we will take appropriate action.

Fair Information Practices
Should a data breach occur we will notify you via email within seven business days of discovering the breach.

Access & Correction
