How to Redeem Your 4th, 5th and 6th Grade Passport for the 2021-22 Season

*All redemption instructions are subject to change. Although we don’t anticipate changes to the below instructions, always check with your desired ski area prior to your visit for any last-minute changes or updates.*

 

ARAPAHOE BASIN

1. Select the date your Passport Holder wants to ski or snowboard at https://store.arapahoebasin.com/s/lift-tickets/c/comped-lift-tickets

2. Select 4th, 5th, or 6th Grade Passport.

3. Follow steps to complete the health questionnaire and check out.

4. On the day of your visit, please visit Guest Services. They will look up your student by one (or all) of these variables: First Name, Last Name, or DOB.

5. Once validated your Passport holder will be issued a BASINCARD for ski area access. 

**Please have “welcome email” from CSCUSA available if Guest Services needs it. Likewise, you can always access your Passport(s) from your parent/guardian profile**

 


ASPEN SNOWMASS 

  1. Head to a ticket office or call 800-525-6200 in advance to redeem.
  2. Inform the agent that you are a CSCUSA 4th/5th/ 6th Grade passport holder.
  3. Provide the passport holder’s first name, last name and date of birth.
  4. The agent will pull up the passport holder information and verify the identity of the student.
  5. The agent will issue the passport holder a lift ticket valid for the dates specified.

 


COOPER

  1. On the first visit, Parent/Guardian will need the 4th, 5th, or 6th Grader Passport holder's Barcode number (This can be located underneath the Ski Passport holder's photo in the Parent/Guardian portal OR in the activation email sent to the Parent/Guardian).
  2. Present this information at the Will call office (Passport holder must also be present)
  3. A Day pass will be issued and loaded with ALL 4 visits that will be valid during the 2021/2022 Season.

 


COPPER MOUNTAIN 

  1.  At any time prior to your trip, redeem your Copper Passport Pack at https://book.coppercolorado.com/s/cscusa/p/passport
  2. Your CSCUSA passport number is required, and a $5 Copper Card may need to be purchased during check-out.
  3. Passport holders must load a photo onto their Copper profile, or they will be stopped at the lift.
  4. Redemption will load all 4 days of skiing at Copper onto a pass for your 4th/5th/6th grader during the 2021/22 Winter.
  5. Once registration is complete; an email will be sent to the parent/guardian with Copper Passport Pack pickup instructions (if new Copper Cards are purchased).
  6. This season, there is no need to stop at the ticket window each day; instead, once the Copper Passport Pack is in hand, simply go straight to the lift with your Copper Card on any valid date(s). You do not need to pre-select your dates.

 


ECHO MOUNTAIN 

1. Passport holder must email info@echomntn.com at least 24 hours in advance of their visit.

2. Echo will provide them a coupon code that will allow them to purchase their lift ticket at $0 through the Echo Mountain website www.echomntn.com.

3. Once the Passport holder arrives at the mountain, they will need to visit the ticket counter to pick up their RFID lift ticket.

 


ELDORA 

  1. A Ski Passport holder must come to the ticket window, with the child present, to redeem their lift ticket for the day.
  2. Eldora will look up the Ski Passport holder by first name, last name or DOB.
  3. A single day lift ticket will be issued.
  4. Ski Passport holders can only redeem one ticket at a time, multiple days cannot be redeemed.

 

 


GRANBY RANCH

  1. A Ski Passport holder must come to the ticket window, with the child present, to redeem their lift ticket for the day.
  2. Granby Ranch will look up the Ski Passport holder by first name, last name or DOB.
  3. A single day lift ticket will be issued.
  4. Ski Passport holders can only redeem one ticket at a time, multiple days cannot be redeemed.

 


HESPERUS SKI AREA 

  1. Passport holder must be present to redeem.
  2. Visit the Hesperus ticket window on the day.
  3. Lift ticket agent will look up the Passport holder information by first name, last name or DOB.
  4. Daily lift ticket will be issued.

 


HOWELSEN HILL

  1. Head to the concession stand located inside the Howelsen Lodge.
  2. Inform the Ticket Window agent that you are a CSCUSA 4th, 5th, or 6th Grade passport holder.
  3. 4th, 5th, or 6th Grader must be present to redeem. 
  4. Parent or Passport Holder should either say or write down their first name, last name and date of birth.
  5. The ticket agent will pull up the passport holder information and verify the identify the student with the photo provided at the time of registration.
  6. The lift ticket agent will issue the passport holder with a Youth lift ticket valid for that day only.

BLACK OUT DATES: Passports will not be valid during ski races where 4th - 6th grade age groups are racing. Please check: https://steamboatsprings.net/131/Howelsen-Hill-Ski-Area for race information.

To check on the usage or visits remaining on your child’s passport, log in to the parent portal at any time.

 


KENDALL MOUNTAIN - Closed due to broken chairlift

LOVELAND

No reservation is required.

  1. Bring passport holder to a sales window (Basin ticket office, Valley sales center office)
  2. 4th, 5th or 6th grader must be present at time of redemption.
  3. Ticket agent will verify child through the CSC website for redemption.
  4. Passport will scan into our sales system to allow redemption and daily pass be made.
  5. Ticket will be given to child and attached to be able to scan at lift, ticket is valid only for day of redemption.

 


MONARCH

  1. Prior to driving up to Monarch, print or take a screen shot of your CSC confirmation email showing the student name and pass number. 
  2. Go to the lift ticket windows on the North side of the main lodge. 
  3. Inform the Ticket Window agent that you are a CSCUSA 4th/5th/6th Grade passport holder and say or write down their first name, last name and date of birth. 
  4. Passport holder must be present to redeem. 
  5. The ticket agent will pull up the passport holder information and verify the identity of the student with the photo provided at the time of registration. 
  6. The ticket agent will issue the passport holder with a junior lift ticket valid for that day only. 
  7. Initial ticket can be reloaded at next visit. Please hand it to the ticket agent. $5 replacement fee will be charged if ticket is not brought for future redemptions.

 


POWDERHORN

  1. Head to the lift ticket office at Powderhorn
  2. Inform the Ticket Window agent that you are a CSCUSA 4th/5th/ 6th Grade passport holder
  3. 4th/5th/6th Grader must be present to redeem
  4. The ticket agent will pull up the passport holder information and verify the identify the student with the photo provided at the time of registration
  5. A $5 (one time) RFID card fee will be charged for a reloadable lift ticket
  6. The lift ticket agent will issue the passport holder with a child lift ticket valid for that day only.

Forgotten, lost or damaged RFID cards are subject to a $20 replacement fee

 


PURGATORY 

  1. Passport holder must be present to redeem.
  2. Visit the Purgatory ticket window on the day.
  3. Lift ticket agent will look up the Passport holder information by first name, last name or DOB.
  4. Daily lift ticket will be issued.

 


STEAMBOAT 

Passport holders can redeem online or in person.

Advance Online Instructions:

  2. Provide the Ski Passport Parent email and Passport Holder DOB and Passport # *
  3. Follow prompts for date selection and hit submit
  4. Steamboat will send communication to the parent with confirmation of the dates requested as well as ticket pickup instructions

In person:

  1. Head to the Ticket Office with the Ski Passport Holder
  2. Provide the DOB and/or Passport #* to the Ticket Agent
  3. The Steamboat Ticket Agent will provide a pass for the requested days

*The Passport number is located in the parent portal under the photo of the Ski Passport Holder Photo

 


SUNLIGHT

  1. 4th/5th/6th Grade Passport holder must be present to redeem.
  2. Visit the Sunlight Ticket Window on the day of your visit.
  3. Lift ticket agent will look up the Passport holder information by first name, last name or DOB.
  4. Ticket window will issue a daily lift ticket.

 


TELLURIDE 

Redemption instructions TBD for the 2021-22 season.

 


WINTER PARK 

No advanced Reservations required at Winter Park

  1. On day of arrival, visit either Ticket Office (Winter Park or Mary Jane).
  2. Let the Ticket Agent know you are with the Passport Program. 
  3. The Ticket Agent will look up a Passport holder by first name and last name.
  4. Passport holder usage will be verified and a lift ticket issued.
