Yes! The Gems Card is a physical pass that we ship to you.

You can use your Gems Card any time after your receive the physical card in the mail.
Please allow up to two weeks for processing and delivery. Gems Cards are processed daily, Monday–Friday, in the order in which they are received.

You must have your Gems Card and a photo ID in-hand to redeem the Gems Card at participating ski areas. Ski areas are unable to issue discounted lift tickets without your Gems Card present. Please visit our Redemption Instructions webpage for ski area-specific instructions.
Lost or stolen Gems Cards will not be reissued or refunded. Please refer to the Product Shop Policies for all terms and conditions regarding the Gems Card.
