The following policies apply to all products (Gems Card*, Lost Resorts Poster, Resort Map Poster) sold on coloradoski.com/shop.
*Gems Cards purchased on passport.coloradoski.com are subject to the policies stated on passport.coloradoski.com/help/faqs.
Order processing is between 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday).
Orders with standard shipping are mailed from Denver, CO via United States Postal Service First Class Mail. Once processed, orders usually arrive between 3 and 5 business days. Tracking is not available on orders placed with standard shipping. Delays in transit due to the US Postal Service do not qualify the purchaser for a refund.
Orders shipped to lodging properties, or rentals, may experience delays or not be delivered. Do so at your own risk. We suggest contacting the lodging property prior to ordering to arrange delivery.
THERE IS NO IN-PERSON PICKUP AVAILABLE.
Not all items listed on our site are available immediately, so selecting One-Day or Two-Day Shipping does not guarantee your order will arrive in one or two days. Shipping time starts when the item ships and does not include processing time outlined above.
Expedited orders are typically processed at 2:00pm (MST) Monday - Friday. Same day processing is not guaranteed. Holiday exceptions apply. All expedited orders are shipped via FedEx 2 Day Shipping or FedEx Overnight Shipping according to the method selected at checkout. Tracking numbers for expedited orders are provided via email once the package ships.
All expected delivery dates are based on business days. Delivery is not available on weekends or holidays. Colorado Ski Country USA is not responsible for delays in FedEx shipping.
Expedited shipping costs are not eligible for refund.
Shop items and expedited shipping costs are not eligible for refunds.
Lost or stolen Gems Cards will not be reissued.
You must have your Gems Card in-hand in order to redeem the Gems offer at participating ski areas. Ski areas are unable to issue a Gems discount without the card being present.
