Gems Cards are now on sale for the 2020-2021 season.

Order Processing

You will receive an automated email when your shop order has been placed in the mail or shipped.

Please allow up to two weeks from the date we receive your completed order for processing. We receive a high volume of orders in late summer, early fall, and between Thanksgiving and New Years and all orders are processed and fulfilled as fast as possible. When order volume is high, processing may take longer. Orders are processed in the order they are received, unless expedited shipping is selected during the checkout process. Please allow ample time for processing when making your ski plans. 

Gems Cards will be processed and shipped starting in October. 

Shipping

Orders with standard shipping are mailed from Denver, CO via United States Postal Service First Class Mail (unless expedited shipping is selected). Once processed, orders usually arrive in 3-5 business days. Tracking is not available on orders placed with standard shipping. Delays in transit do not qualify the purchaser for a refund.  

Orders shipped to lodging properties or rentals may experience delays or not be delivered. We suggest contacting the lodging property prior to ordering to arrange delivery. Ship to these at your own risk.

THERE IS NO IN-PERSON PICKUP AVAILABLE FOR ANY ORDERS. 

Gems Cards will be processed and shipped starting in October. 

Expedited Orders

Expedited shipping may not always be available. When selected, One-Day or Two-Day shipping does not guarantee your order will arrive in one or two days. Shipping time does not include processing time outlined above and starts once the product has been picked up by the carrier. 

Expedited orders are typically processed at 1:00 pm (MST) Monday-Friday and orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Same day processing is not guaranteed. Holiday and high order volume exceptions apply. All expedited orders are shipped via FedEx according to the method selected at checkout. Tracking numbers for expedited orders are provided via email once the package ships. 

All expected delivery dates are based on business days. Delivery is not available on weekends or holidays. FedEx delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes. Colorado Ski Country USA is not responsible for delays in shipping.

Refunds

Shop orders and expedited shipping costs are NOT eligible for refunds. 

Shop orders include Gems Card, Passport Commemorative Passcards and posters.

Re-Issue

Lost or stolen Gems Cards will not be reissued. 

You must have your Gems Card in-hand in order to redeem the offers at participating ski areas. Participating ski areas do not have the ability verify you have a Gems Card. Ski areas are unable to issue lift ticket or discounts without Gems Card present.

Poster Orders

Poster orders will process and ship in 2-3 business days by the shipping method selected at checkout. All processing, shipping, and refund details are the same as above.
