The 2018-2019 Colorado 5th and 6th Grade Passports are non-transferable, non-refundable passes which entitle the pass holder to whom a pass is issued to obtain complimentary one-day lift tickets, subject to the rules set forth below, at participating Colorado Ski Country USA (CSCUSA) member resorts during the 2018-19 season. All CSCUSA participating resorts reserve the right to withdraw from the program at any time and to restrict or prohibit lift tickets obtained with a passport from being used in conjunction with other resort offers or from being used by participants in special events or races or competitions of any kind.
The following CSCUSA resorts are participating for the 2018-19 season: Arapahoe Basin, Aspen Highlands, Aspen Mountain, Buttermilk, Cooper, Copper Mountain, Echo Mountain, Eldora, Granby Ranch, Hesperus, Howelsen Hill, Kendall Mountain, Loveland Ski Area, Monarch Mountain, Powderhorn, Purgatory, Snowmass, Steamboat, Sunlight, Telluride, Winter Park, and Wolf Creek Ski Area.
The 5th and 6th Grade Passports are valid at participating CSCUSA member resorts during the 2018-19 ski season. The 5th grade pass may be used to obtain no more than three (3) complimentary one-day child lift tickets at each participating CSCUSA resort during the winter season, and is subject to the blackout dates indicated on the back of the card. The 6th grade pass may be used to obtain no more than four (4) complimentary one-day child lift tickets at each participating CSCUSA resort during the winter season, and is subject to the blackout dates indicated on the back of the card. One lift ticket issued per day for either pass.
The Pass or use of the Pass or of lift tickets obtained with Pass may not be transferred or re-sold to any other person, including family members or relatives.
It is a violation of Colorado law to resell lift tickets. CSCUSA will immediately revoke a Pass if the holder transfers use of the Pass, or of any lift ticket obtained with the Pass, to another person, for monetary consideration or otherwise.
The Pass must be presented by the Passholder to obtain a free one-day child’s lift ticket. One ticket may be obtained per day. While the purchase of an adult ticket is not required, individual or groups of children must be supervised while at the resort.
All coupons provided to the Passholder are intended for the child to whom the Pass is issued, unless otherwise noted on the coupon.
Passholders and their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) are responsible for proper use of the pass at all times. CSCUSA will revoke and cancel a Pass without notice for any misuse.
In the event of pass misuse and cancellation, CSCUSA may recover damages to CSCUSA and/or to participating CSCUSA member resorts arising from pass misuse, including reasonable attorneys fees. CSCUSA reserves the right to modify or cancel either pass program at any time and to modify or cancel all valid passes at any time with or without notice.
CSCUSA is not responsible for expenses incurred or opportunities foregone by Passholders if CSCUSA modifies or cancels either pass program. If a Pass is lost or stolen, notify CSCUSA immediately. Participating resort lift ticket offices will not assist with lost or stolen passes. CSCUSA reserves the right to make case by case determinations concerning replacement of lost or stolen Passes, but in no event will a lost or stolen Pass be replaced without collecting a $79 processing fee.
All Passholders agree to comply with all rules of participating CSCUSA member resorts and with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Colorado Ski Safety Act.
An individual is eligible for each Pass only once. Individuals repeating all or a portion of the 5th or 6th grade do not qualify for a repeat Pass. If an applicant provides any false or inaccurate information in his or her application, a Pass will not be issued. If a Pass has already been issued, it will be revoked if false or inaccurate information has been provided. All information provided in the application is subject to verification by CSCUSA.
All information provided in the application becomes the property of CSCUSA. Information provided by applicants may be used by CSCUSA and its member resorts for verification, marketing and research purposes.
