Colorado Ski Country USA HEAD Kid’s Ski Giveaway

Official Terms & Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Sponsor:

The HEAD Kid’s Ski Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Colorado Ski Country USA (“CSCUSA”), a nonprofit trade organization located at 3773 E. Cherry Creek Dr. N Suite 955, Denver, CO 80209. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the continental United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of CSCUSA, HEAD Skis, Christy Sports, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotional agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on December 4, 2025 and ends on December 12, 2025, at 11:59 PM MST (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Follow @coloradoskicountryusa and @head_ski on Instagram.
• Post a family or kid ski hack in the comments of the official Kid’s HEAD Ski Giveaway post on @coloradoskicountryusa’s Instagram account.
• Only one (1) entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries or automated entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winners will each receive:

• One (1) set of HEAD Caddy Junior L141, W116-81-106 skis
• One (1) set of compatible Tyrolia SLR 7.5 AC Junior Alpine Ski Bindings

Winners can choose to have the skis shipped or pick them up at the Colorado Ski Country USA office.
Approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize: $350
Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on December 13, 2025. Each winner will be notified via direct message (DM) from @coloradoskicountryusa on Instagram. Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification. Failure to respond within the timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and alternate winners may be selected. CSCUSA is not responsible for any messages that go to spam or are not received. Colorado Ski Country USA reserves the right to make all final decisions related to the Giveaway.

7. Publicity Release

By entering, participants agree that CSCUSA may use their name, Instagram handle, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions:

• CSCUSA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.
• CSCUSA reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms & Conditions.
• CSCUSA, HEAD Skis, and any affiliated parties are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

9. Privacy

Any personal information provided will be used in accordance with CSCUSA’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared or sold to third parties.

10. Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Colorado.
