March is slated to be jam-packed with events including Woodward Copper Winter Camp, anEaster Egg Hunt for the ages, and Coppers final Moonlight Dinner of the season.
Join Copper Mountain and Dos Equis every Saturday for the remainder of the season for Dos Equis Aprs Ski. Stop by Storm King Lounge in Center Village from 3:30 6 p.m. for $3 Dos Equis drafts, live entertainment, the Most Interesting Sushi Roll and great giveaways. Join Copper for the last Moonlight Dine & Ski of the season on Saturday, March 19! Guests will ride the chairlift up to Solitude Station, located mid-mountain, to enjoy a meal specially crafted by Coppers Executive Banquet Chef Dave Taladay. This single-lane banked slalom race benefits Adaptive Action Sports by raising money to support Paralympic hopefuls and creating action sports opportunities for youth, young adults and veterans living with permanent physical disabilities, TBI or PTSD. After the race, join Adaptive Action Sports and Dos Equis for the after party in Burning Stones Plaza, with free live music provided by Funky Johnson.
Woodward Copper continues to offer 2-day freestyle camps once a month, all winter long. Marchs Winter Camp, sponsored by Capita Snowboards, Union Snowboards, Coal and Spy, offers participants a half-day in the Woodward Copper Barn, and a half-day on-snow in Woodwards award-winning terrain parks. Hop on over to Copper for the Worlds Largest Easter Egg Hunt with 65,000 eggs across 2,500 acres. There are different hunts for participants of all ages, from a 3 and under hunt in Center Village to an on-mountain hunt for the kids at heart. Copper encourages participants to turn in their empty eggs to be reused in future years. Hallmark will provide a small prize to the first 400 kids to recycle their eggs.
