The NFL Draft is coming to Winter Park Resort, as the Denver Broncos will make their day three selections live from the base of Mary Jane on Saturday, April 30 beginning at 10 a.m.
Helping to make the picks will be former quarterback Jake Plummer, Miles the Mascot, members of the Broncos Cheerleaders, as well as University of Colorado alum and former Olympic freestyle skier Jeremy Bloom, the only athlete in history to ski in the Winter Olympics and be drafted in the NFL.
In addition to making the draft selections that will serve as the foundation for the Broncos next championship, the day will be a celebration of Denvers current Super Bowl title and fans are invited to come be a part of the festivities. The event will include live music, free giveaways, a chance to win autographed Broncos merchandise, and an opportunity to be part of a live national television broadcast on the NFL Network. Fans who show up in Broncos attire can also get a $50 lift ticket, in honor of the Broncos Super Bowl 50 win, in addition to 30 percent off lodging at any Winter Park Resort property. With 10 of fresh snow in the last four days and more on the way, conditions for skiing and snowboarding at Mary Jane are still excellent.
