Total Snowfall Across Colorado

The San Luis Valley in south-central Colorado saw the most snow with areas picking up upwards of 18-inches of the fluffy white stuff! Here’s how it looked across our membership.

Arapahoe Basin

A Basin

A few inches of snow coated the high elevation mountain with a few more inches possible.

Monarch

The big winner for today is Monarch Mountain! Upwards of 18″ fell on them and it’s still falling!

Steamboat

Some very gusty winds came with the snow making it feel like a full on winter storm. Until you look and see the green leaves still covering the trees in the background.

Sunlight

Perhaps one of the more healthy snows came on the Western Slope near Sunlight mountain. Several inches stacked up making it almost look like it’s ready for skiers and riders.

Telluride

And lastly, heavy snow was falling at Winter Park Resort where windchills were in the single digits at times!

All-in-all, it was a snowy day across Colorado and it got us very excited about the upcoming ski season.
