The Mountaintop Matrimony is one of Loveland’s most popular events of the year and although COVID is making things difficult, today’s event was a huge success. Usually 100 couples participate in the annual Valentine’s Day wedding. Due to COVID restrictions, this year’s event was reduced to 30 couples. (7 couples got married, 23 renewed their vows). This year was the 30th Anniversary of the event. The ceremony took place at noon in Forest Meadow. Large hearts were painted in the snow 12 feet apart and each couple remained in their designated heart for the ceremony.
