Its spring, which means the temperatures are getting a little warmer, the sun is staying out a little longer, and in Colorado the skiing and snowboarding is getting even better. Spring skiing in Colorado means heading to the mountains, making smooth carves on fresh groomed runs, pushing around late season powder, and enjoying the many fun resort events and activities. Below is a roundup of springtime celebrations happening at CSCUSA resorts through April and beyond.
Even though spring has arrived there is still a lot of ski season left. March and April are historically Colorados snowiest months, which is part of the reason why Colorado has one of the longest ski seasons in the country, often stretching well into May. Keep up to date on snowfall totals with the CSCUSA snow report updated by the resorts themselves: http://www.coloradoski.com/snow-report.
