Furious Winter Conditions Prepare Resorts For Holiday Week
Denver, Colo. – December 20, 2012 – Storm patterns that left Colorado resorts with copious amounts of precipitation over the previous weeks continued to swell during the past 48 hours, dropping fresh inches of fluffy powder at locations across the state. The consistent weather patterns are enabling resorts throughout Colorado to open more terrain.

Resorts closer to the Front Range experienced fair amounts of snow, as Winter Park recorded five inches in 48 hours, while Ski Granby Ranch and Eldora both received a half foot. Loveland had five inches drop, Copper saw four and Arapahoe Basin three.
