With plenty of beads, boas and masks for a mountain style Mardi Gras celebration on February 13, 2010; Winter Park Resort teams up with the Grand Foundation to host Cajun food, live music, street performers, jesters, face painters and fun! Mountain Mardi Gras is split into day and evening activities; FREE day fun for the family at The Village at Winter Park Mardi Gras Festival from 12p-5p and then Evening Mountain Mardi Gras is a $30 ticketed party, from 7p-11pm in West Portal Station, where adults can let loose. Child care will be provided for a fee. Proceeds from ticket sales assist Grand County non-profit organizations through the Grand Foundation. | |
