07/05 - 04/13Only A-Basin would bring you an endurance race of this caliber. Skiers and riders take laps on the Pali chair from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. without stopping. 69 runs is the record. All proceeds from the event benefit a local charity. |

12/18Santa Claus is visitng A-Basin from 1pm-3pm. Bring your children and let them have their photo taken. Don't forget to get your candy cane. The Summit Choral Society will be singing your favorite Christmas tunes in the base area from 1pm-3pm. |

12/31Join us for our annual Torchlight Parade and Firework Show. Festivities will begin around sunset with drink specials and an incredible firework display. Guests can sign up with Guest Services to participate in the Torchlight Parade. |

04/02Monarch's signature event. Contestants race head to head, similar to Skier Cross, down a specially designed course featuring berms, banks, and bumps, ending in an icy pond! This is as fun to watch as it is to race. Great sponsors like New Belgium Brewery and Keen Footware are on hand to provide plenty of stoke for this unique event. |

04/10Celebrate the end of ski season and beginning of whitewater season with our annual parking lot cook-off and tailgate party. Guests are encouraged to whip up their best eats, competing for next year's season pass among other goodies. Contestants will also be judged on decor and spirit, so spiff up your rig and come on up, snow or shine! This event continues to attract closet chefs from around the region. Bring your appetite! |

05/07After the other parks have put away the rails and dozed the jumps the Treeline Terrain Park will be ready to host an amateur slopestyle competition for snowboarders and freeskiers who aren’t quite ready to call it quits. Details: Competitors will individually take two runs on the course and show judges tricks on rails, boxes and jumps. Catagories: Males ski, male snowboard, female ski, female snowboard, juniors Cost: $TBD per person Prizes: TBD Live Entertainment in the base area after competition. |

05/29Join us for our largest party of the year! Spend the day sampling mugs of beer from a variety of Summit County brewpubs for one low price per 14 oz mug (must be 21).
